04 / Why this exists
I sent 114 CVs before working out what was wrong.
Nobody tells you the truth. Recruiters reply with a template, friends say something will turn up. After four years I rewrote the CV from scratch, cut the dynamic team players and the rest of it. That version got me into Meta. But the PDF was never the problem. Nobody had ever asked me what I actually did.

Do you find me the job?
We do not promise that. You can explore opportunities from the companies we work with and tell us which roles interest you. We review every introduction before forwarding it; availability, interviews and offers depend on active searches and the companies.
What can I do without paying?
Review your CV, build your profile in chat, create a base CV you can edit and export, and explore opportunities. Free chat has usage limits. Tailored CVs, cover letters and application preparation require Pro.
Do I have to answer every question?
No. You can create your base CV without finishing, and nobody chases you about it. The more real context you add, the more useful the profile gets. Come back any time to update your experience or goals.
Can employers see my profile?
They have no direct access and receive nothing about you without your yes on a specific role. When that happens, we prepare an introduction from your CV and the relevant professional information, and a person reviews it before anything is sent. What does not belong there — personal goals, salary expectations, the things you are still learning — stays here. You can object at any time from Settings → Privacy.
Does Pro give me priority with employers?
No. Pro is for tailored CVs, cover letters, conversational editing and interview preparation. It is not a payment for employer introductions and does not guarantee interviews or offers.
Can I trust the generated content?
AI can make mistakes. The conversation is there to capture real information, not to invent experience you do not have. Always review and correct your profile and documents before using them.
